I’m amazed at how much I’ve grown in the last 5 years. It’s been 5 years of intention, and I’ve learned so much.

I’ve had big wins and even bigger losses, just like anyone else.

I’ve realized we are all on our own journey, and it’s up to us to help each other out.

I’ve had the hardest time understanding the concept of selling value, not time.

It opened my world to millions of possibilities. But most importantly, it’s allowed me to learn that we must have accountability.

It’s foolish to think you can make it on your own. We all have a team, family, or friends that help us along the way.

So give value often and don’t deny when it’s your turn to recieve.

I say this because it was just my birthday, and each year, I do a review of how I did compared to my goals and targets.

It gives me a subjective point of view of my performance rather than relying on how I feel like I’m doing.

This year makes 5 years since I’ve been doing this, and things are starting to come full circle.

I remember 5 years ago leaving my home gym to start my career as a personal trainer.

I realized I wanted to have a substantial impact in the lives of others, which fueled me with the courage I needed to put my best foot forward and take action towards my dreams.

5 years later, I find myself in that very same place, feeling the same way I did when I first started my journey.

They are surrounded by like-minded people who are chasing their own dreams and putting in the work.

I find myself most attracted to those kinds of places and people.

I find it comforting, kinda like being at home.

I hope you have places or people that make you feel like that, too.

It’s a great feeling to be at peace. Even if it’s just for a moment before reality comes back and you’re back on the grind.

I wish you well in your journey, and if you’re struggling, please reach out. You’re not alone.

Seek help or a listening ear, it’s amazing how you change once you start opening up and not trying to stuff things down an emotional closet. But anyway, that’s a conversation for another time.
