And just like that Q4 is over. I hope it brought you everything you set out to do.

For me, it was revolutionary. At the beginning of Q4 I shared the Growthday App with you and shared a bit about how it has helped me.

I am happy to tell you that due to that post I am now able to look back and see how much this last quarter has changed me and my life.

I started deepening my relationship with my spirit and I’ve been able to witness this change in me spread in my inner circle and now I get to watch everyone else growing.

If you know me, you know that I did not grow up going to church or reading the bible. But with the

This is huge for me since I have always had my struggles with being overcritical of myself and others.

Fostering this relationship has allowed me to lead with grace which has helped me be less critical of myself and improved my productivity significantly.

That productivity has lead to personal growth, family growth, and business growth. But most importantly it has allowed me to see the growth and find joy in taking imperfect action.

I am so grateful for 2023, thank you for making me stronger, wiser, and courageous.

Goals for 2024

This year I want to build upon the momentum I’ve been able to create and really focus on 3 things this year. Faith, Family, and Fitness.

I feel that focusing on these 3 values will help solidify the foundation I am creating for myself, family and businesses.

They will be our guiding light our north star and with that we will see what adventures this year brings. This is how I plan to approuch the year.

I believe, what doesn’t get mesaured doesn’t improve. So this year I am focusing on affirming my beliefs with myself and my family daily. We are doing this through family meetings, text messages, 1-1 conversations and community.

This year I want to increase the intention in our family time and really focus on creating traditions and healthy lifestyle habits. This means learning how to communicate, eating healthy foods, moving everyday, spending quality time together and 1 on 1 and finaly is exploring the world we live in. I would love to do more traveling this year now that we are done having babies.

This year fitness is at the forefront of all our decisions. This means we are prioritizing resistance training, conditioning, proper fueling, rest and recovery. It is important that I instill this into our family dynamic early so that we spend more time enjoying life rather than recovering or fighting illness.

2023 brought us a family gym that allows us to explore new places and activities that will help us improve quality of life.

I will be using these values to affect my leadership skills in my business ventures as well. I believe that my work is important because it serves the community in it’s mission to be the healthiest city in America.

I believe these values will affect my fitness consulting business in a positive way because it will allow me to meet my clients where they are at with grace and empathy.

I feel these values will help me become more confident in myself. I really want to feel empowered this year and focusing on these values can become my superpower. Allowing me to be mentally strong, physically capable and emotionally at peace.

Thank you for spending this time with me as I reflect on 2023 and look forward to 2024. I would love to hear your goals and vision for this new year. We can stay connected and hold each other accountable and ensure we make these visions come true.

I hope you have an amazing year, remember to be present, move more and eat with friends and family.

Cheers to 2024!
